Annie Wasserman
Annie has been recruiting since 2007, but what she loves most hasn't changed: finding people, not applicants, and watching what happens when the right person meets the right opportunity.
A matchmaker at heart, she wants to know what makes someone tick, what a company actually needs, and when the two are a real fit.
Over nearly two decades, Annie has recruited across industries and functions from engineering, AI, and data to finance, operations, and executive leadership. She's built her career on relationships, curiosity, and a targeted approach to search. She'd rather introduce a client to three people she believes in than send thirty résumés and hope one sticks.
That philosophy is at the heart of HappyPath: recruiting that feels human on both sides. Companies should feel understood. Candidates should feel heard. And the right match should leave everyone excited about what's next.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Annie is mom to a toddler and a mini schnauzer, a lifelong dog lover, and happiest traveling, discovering great food, or squeezing in Pilates and yoga, although these days, most of her exercise comes from chasing a two-year-old.
Jessica Ganary
Jessica spent nearly two decades on the business side leading marketing and business development, building teams, developing systems, and driving revenue for growing companies. Now she helps those same companies find the people who can move them forward.
That experience shapes how she approaches every search: understand the business first. Where is it going? What's getting in the way? And who could change that?
Curious by nature and relationship-driven, Jessica goes deep with companies to understand what they really need and with candidates to understand what they're great at, what drives them, and where they want to go next.
For her, recruiting isn't about matching résumés to job descriptions. It's about finding the connection that makes sense for both sides.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Jessica is mom to a young daughter, loves a good workout, and is always planning the next trip. She's happiest exploring somewhere new, being near the water, or spending time with the people she loves.
